Coveted Editorial Coverage

ASOS has chosen my most adored style icon, Olivia Palermo to cover their August 2010 issue. I will say, jaw has dropped to the table when I saw the cover and spreads. Loving the transitional issue into my favorite season with great fall style inspiration.

SO amazing it deserves its own post.
Let the drooling begin..

"Gleeked" Out
Only Matthew Williamson could develop such band-geek-meets-runway-chic trousers... minus the nerd and the braces...

The Naturalist
By far, this was my absolute
favorite look out of the other gorgeous spreads..

Loving the hooded cocoa leather trimmed camel tone poncho-cape hybrid.. a luxe tribute to the nomadic signature throw-over. Shimmery cracked leather shorts? Already been obsessed with since last fall.... Add some rock n' glam accessories and the look brings it back to the present day modernity...

City Escape
This maxi dress isn't your average flow of fabric... with a top built like a side zip motorcycle vest and a gradual cascade of flouncy chiffon, the look is refreshing looks is breezy bohemian with a touch of city edge. Who said maxi dresses  remind you of a vacation to an oceanside destination? Bustling streets and skyscraper buildings sound more like it...

Street Smart Style
Contrary to popular belief, Olivia is not a stranger to the All Star Chuck Taylors. I'm loving this lady like white jersey dress paired with a little touch of street with an old school favorite...

Brooklyn Princess
My second coveted look from the spread.. Loving the contrast in textures. Contrasting texture is one of the hottest looks to watch from Fall 2010. Peek the mechanic style gadget-geek jacket.. paired with a glittery hoodie... leopard print shorts and ankle booties. I love the unkempt swept-up do' for that edgy, rock n' roll princess feel...

City Explorer
A lace top-hat paired with a tough looking playsuit looks fabulous. But what really tops off this look is the unexpected accessories.. From lace on the head to shimmer tones in the flats... this adds some girly flair in contrast to the masculinity of the playsuit's detail...
